How to Prep for a Bridal Show (Quick & Smart)

Bridal shows bring lots of vendors together in one neutral space—the best place to meet them face-to-face, feel their energy, and see if you click (way better than guessing from a website).

1. Before the Show

• Register early (grab perks + skip lines)

• Print labels: name, date, phone, email - for entering drawings/raffles

• Make an A-List: photographer, DJ, etc.

• Put together a list of questions to ask the vendors.

2. Pack Light, Pack Smart

•  Comfy shoes

•  Phone + charger

•  Water + snack

•  Tote Bag - for the info you collect

•  Notebook - with your questions

3. Show-Day Flow

• Arrive 30 min early — hit A-List booths first. Be sure to circle back if skip to the next because they’re busy.

• Ask Questions: “Is [date] open, Do you have a price list, are you offering a show special, etc”

• Snap photos, collect cards & flyers

• Enter raffles with labels you printed

• Schedule consultations

One focused afternoon = half your vendors booked or consultations scheduled.
